Build Your Own B&B Graze
Customize your graze with our mix & match boards. All items are made in advance and made on disposable wood boards. Boards can be lined up for a beautiful grazing table effect. Boards can be picked up or delivered. Customer is responsible for their own set up.
Each board will serve around 20-25. Serving utensils included.
To place an order, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and B&B will be in contact. Minimum requirement for a build a graze is order at least 2 items from below (can be 2 of same or 2 different). If you do not need 2, head to our menu page to order.

Premier Cheese & Provisions Board

5-7 cheeses, 3-5 meats, fresh fruit (sometimes dried too depending on seasonal options), cocktail cucumbers, crackers, sweet & savory nuts, jams, honey or dip & garnish.
Options include assortment of premium cheeses and charcuterie. Crackers and nuts sealed for ultimate freshness.

Sandwiches

2 dozen assorted fresh gourmet croissant sandwiches. Choose up to 2 types of sandwiches from below. Sandwich bread, croissants, ciabatta rolls, or rolls available.
Turkey - turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, mayo and honey dijon.
Ham - ham, swiss, mayo, lettuce
Italian - salami, capicola, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo. dijon mustard, peppers
Caprese - fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic
Veggie - avocado, hummus, red onion, lettuce, tomato, sprouts/micro greens, cucumber, and manchego
